Returns policy
CorsetStyle are proud to offer a market leading 30 day money back guarantee on all purchases and 60 days exchanges policy. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase simply fill in the returns information on the back of your invoice and return the order to the address provided.
Sizing corsets can be difficult and size is the biggest problem we face as an internet only retailer. We welcome customers to take full advantage of our 60 day exchanges policy, we encourage customers to make use of this, send items back as many times as you like for different sizes or styles within 60 days of purchase.
Please return all items in the same condition they were received complete with clothing bags and tags. Please also include the completed returns form and invoice along with your returned items.
Important: Please use a tracked service to return items to the Long Beach address. Please email customer services with the tracking number and details of which garments you would like us to send in exchange.
We do not keep inventory at the Long Beach address, this is a handler of returns for us, they simply consolidate returns and ship them back to us in bulk. If you send customer services the tracking number we can action your exchnage immediately. We do not need to wait for items to arrive back in the UK. If you do not send us a valid tracking number as proof that you have sent these goods back then we will not be able to dispatch your exchnages until the returns have arrived back in the UK.
Return postage cost is the buyer's responsibility unless you have received a defective or incorrect order. Please send all items back using a recorded or tracked service that requires a signature and keep this tracking number safe. If returns do not arrive at our warehouse and you do not have a valid tracking number then we are unable to send exchanges or refund you.
CorsetStyle will pay to send exchanges back out to our customers.
If returning your order feel free to re-use the packaging that your order arrived in.
International returns
We offer 30 days money back guarantee for customers from the date you received the order. We will also exchange garments as many times as you like within 60 days of purchase.
Although we operate returns facilities I am afraid these handlers do not keep inventory in any countries. These are independent handlers of returns who simply consolidate returns and ship them back to the HK in bulk where returns are processed.
Please make sure you use a tracked service when returning items. We can not be held accountable if returns do not reach our offices and you do not have proof of delivery or a valid tracking number.
If you do return an item to one of the International returns addresses please email us the tracking number and instructions as to what you would like to receive for your return. Provided we have the valid proof of the items being sent to these addresses and clear instructions as to whether you require a refund or exchange we will ship your desired item or process your refund immediately. This system saves customers having to wait for items to arrive back in the HK before being processed.

Exchanges
Exchanging for more expensive items
You are welcome to exchange for more expensive items. Please return your items along with the completed returns form and email customer services with your tracking number and details of which items you would like to exchange for. We will be able to take the additional payment over the phone or send through an invoice to your PayPal account.
Adding additional items onto returns
We can not facilitate adding additional items onto orders that are being returned for exchanges. Please make a separate order for these extra items.
Desired item out of stock
If exchanging a steel boned corset we will automatically put the require item on backorder. Please allow 4 weeks for us to tailor the required item. We will email before we dispatch the item. If you want to exchange for a fashion corset that is not currently available in stock then please choose an alternative design.
Return Times
processing times
We handle all of our returns within 24 hours of receiving valid tracking numbers proving items were sent back to our U.S returns address.
Refunds are processed immediately. If you paid with a cash card please allow 3 working days for funds to clear in your bank account. If you paid via PayPal your funds will clear instantly.
All exchanges items are dispatched using the Standard shipping service, please allow an additional 3 working days for these to arrive.
Times allowed for refunds
You have 30 days from the date you received the order to send the order back for a refund.
The only exception to this rule is if you purchase a pre-order corset. These types of garments can take 4 weeks to arrive with you. If your item was a pre-order you have 30 days from the date you received the order to send it back for a refund.
